Another afternoon, another trip out, this time to Maldon and the Chelmer Estuary. Low tide and lots of glistening mud in the full sun with a cloudless sky. Some interesting detail shots to be had around the barges alongside the quay, but the jewels were to be found further out into the estuary opposite Northey Island where several old wrecks lay rotting in the mud.
Sadly other commitments didn’t permit any sunset shots. The ice cream was good though.
